Prices
These prices are for the members of the wholesale trade only and are
FOB our nursery. prices are subject to change without notice.
Minimums
We have no specific minimum orders. However, freight can be
unreasonable for small orders.
Conditions
of Sale
All liability ceases after plants are loaded on your truck. We shall
be glad to rectify any mistake made by us, but in no case will our
liability be more than the purchase price. No complaints considered
after 10 days. THere will be a 20% restocking fee on pulled orders.
Shipping
and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are $5.00 per box on orders requiring
boxing. Unless otherwise arranged, all boxed orders will be shipped UPS.
Terms
of Payment
Our terms are cash upon pickup or delivery. Once established with
our business, credit may be obtained. Credit terms are limited to net 30
days. a 1.5%, per month, interest rate is charged to all past due
accounts.
Trucking
We have our own delivery trucks. We can arrange trucking for you at
reasonable rates either bobtail or trailer loads payable to truck
driver. Unloading is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Discount
Policy
A 5% discount is given upon request to those customers with an
established buying pattern of over $5,000 annually with BYP, and a good
account record. Discounts do not apply to specially priced items and a
few regularly priced items
A
10% discount is given to those customers with and established $50,000
buying pattern with BYP and a satisfactory account record. Some items
are not discounted.
Retail
customers should add 10% to all items plus shipping charges.
